What Can I Offer to Realtors?

Statement of Facts:  I am a licensed realtor with Kimball Realtors, LLC in the Wisconsin Dells.  I will drone exclusively my listings within a 30 mile radius of Lake Delton.  I will also provide exclusive drone services to other realtors in the Kimball Realtors agency for a contracted amount based on the level of service I provide them.  This, I believe is fair to the agency.  Kimball Realtors will also have exclusive rights to use my company name, Wisconsin Drone Homes, in sending out any form of advertising that states they have access to a drone operator (a realtor in their agency) who owns Wisconsin Drone Homes LLC, liability insurance, FAA 333 Exemption, and a private pilot license.  All of this will take place by 1 May 2016.

 Available Services to Other Realtors:  I can provide drone services to other realtors where properties are outside the 30 mile radius of Kimball Realtors.  However, I can drone properties that are currently under contract, now,  within the 30 mile radius.  My plan is to screen every request with the criteria below to make a decision to drone.

Basic UAV Service for Realtors

A goal at Wisconsin Drone Homes is to recognize that every project will initially be unique during its first year as a company.  Thus, the fee has to be based on:
         -Scale of the project
         -Demographics,
         -Hours of travel
         -Number of visits required
         -Numbers and types of videos
         -Amount of editing required
         -Services requested such as narrated videos 
           of what is "Outside the Windows, use of Osmo
           camera for indoors video, posting extra videos 
           and pictures on a specialty website
