Why WoW?
I have spent a number of hours researching the effects of what one sees out of windows and their psychological benefits.  I have attached a pdf file below that will go to an article that will substantiate my views (Scroll down to page 540 of the article for a summary). The reality is that natural scenes are what many of us seek when we visit beautiful areas of our country.  What you see out of your windows on a daily basis can have a great effect on your health and overall well-being.  Most real estate is sold through seeing just pictures of the inside of the home and only a few outside pictures.  This site highlights homes that have great views with some receiving the WoW Factor to include droned homes.

My Goal
It was several years ago when I decided to become a realtor.  My past included:
  • A 28 year career in the USAF, Vietnam Vet, command positions
  • Teacher, athletic director, assistant principal, principal
  • Charter School Developer and Executive Director
My goal in all aspects of my career has been to be different than the rest--why should I change now! Seeing and knowing what is outside a home is as important, if not more important, than what is inside a home.  You can change the inside of the home much easier than changing what is outside the home.  The videos and pictures on this site will verify my comments.  Finally, add both drone videos and pictures of your home and we will have accomplished a truly unique presentation of your home.
